No accommodation for drunk, addicted or mentally retarded person and person not suitable with the environment of the hotel. |

Carrying of firearms or any lethal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. If any, bearer or room occupant shall be held responsible and liable for punishment as per law of the land. |

3) |
The hotel will not accept any liabilities for loss, damage or theft of valuables of the guests if not kept in the safe box. |

4) |
Damage of any furniture, fixtures or equipment by any guest or his/her visitor or friend shall be charged to the guest concerned. Decision on the rate of charge rests with hotel management. |

Any untoward incident must be reported to the hotel management immediately. |

No food or beverage from outside can be brought into the hotel by the guest. |

Any act of misconduct or breach of discipline may force the hotel management to take action or expel the guest from the hotel. |

Guest is fully responsible for his or her bill and shall make settlement before check out if credit is not established. |

The right to cancel accommodation rests solely with the hotel management and can not be challenged in any court of law under any circumstances, nor any compensation for that. |
